“Windermere Trails was a wonderful experience for our family. We lived there for about a year. Sam was very responsive and helpful. Any issues were quickly attended to by their friendly staff. Although there weren't many as the homes are fairly new and nicely appointed with high end finishes, and the landscaping was always kept up. We very much enjoyed living there.”

“We really liked our home at Windermere Trails! It was brand new when we first moved in (a big plus for us). The neighborhood was quiet and had friendly neighbors. The grounds were well maintained. Sam (the manager) is wonderful. Anytime I had a question or needed help, he responded quickly. The maintenance man, Daniel is awesome! We could call him night or day, and he was available to assist us with any questions/ issues we had. I highly recommend Windermere Trails if you are looking for a place to call home!”

“Just celebrated our 1 year mark at Windemere Trails. Living here has been so much nicer than being in an apartment and gives the sense of an actual community. Sending a very special thank you to the management, specifically Sam Lowe, and his amazing team that includes the leasing agent, Carissa Owen. Over the past year, each time we have had a question, concern or need, Sam and his team have been on top of taking care of us, even after hours, on weekends, and holidays. Moving to another state this year but if we end up back in Knoxville and need a place to live, Windemere Trails is where we would look first. “Our family lived at Windermere Trails in Hardin Valley for one year after we sold our home. We enjoyed a brand new, spacious home with upgraded finishes. The home was in a perfect location convenient to downtown Knoxville, Farragut and Oak Ridge. Sam, Windermere Property Manager, was so easy to work with and always promptly responded to the few maintenance issues we had. Whether you are looking for a short term rental or longer term, this small, safe community is the place for you. You will not regret it!”

“My wife and I have lived here for almost two months and have loved every minute of it so far. Sam and the rest of the staff have been absolutely wonderful. Brand new house and brand new development but has that community feel. If your looking for a single family home rental this is the place to sign! You could get a downtown apartment or a four bedroom house for the same price it’s hard to beat! Highly recommend!”
